Parents, families, and Triton supporters are a valuable part of a student's transition to UC San Diego. We recognize your desire to want to learn all you can about your students' new home and how you can support them.
Black, Latinx and Native American Family Orientation is a voluntary program designed to share information about the UC San Diego student experience from a culturally informed lens. Participants will be able to engage with other incoming families, learn about campus resources, and get familiar with the campus. This orientation program is open to all incoming students and their families, regardless of race, color, national origin, or any other protected status.
International Parent and Family Orientation introduces families of new international undergraduate students to UC San Diego's campus culture, resources and services with a combination of virtual and in-person, on-campus programming.
For information on how to stay connected to UC San Diego as a Triton supporter beyond Orientation, visit the UC San Diego Parent & Family Programs' website.
